Cancelations must be made at least 24 hours of your reservation to receive a full refund.

The renter is required to provide proof of an active full coverage insurance policy. This policy must include collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage, and it must extend to the rental vehicle.

A security deposit is required for most vehicle reservations. The required deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle selected, rental duration, driver qualifications, insurance verification, and other reservation-specific factors.

The applicable security deposit will be disclosed before your reservation is confirmed and must be authorized or paid prior to the release of the vehicle.

Every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive inspection before and after each rental. Upon return, our team will review the vehicle to verify, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle Condition
• Fuel Level
• Cleanliness
• Mileage (where applicable)
• Wheels and Tires
• Windshield and Glass
• Any New Damage or Excessive Wear

If the vehicle is returned in accordance with the Rental Agreement and no additional charges are incurred, the security deposit will be released back to the original payment method, less any authorized deductions. Depending on your financial institution or payment processor, the release of funds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Authorized deductions from the security deposit may include, but are not limited to:

• Vehicle Damage
• Fuel Charges
• Excess Mileage
• Cleaning or Detailing Fees
• Smoking Violations
• Tolls
• Parking Fees
• Traffic Citations
• Administrative Fees
• Late Return Charges
• Recovery or Towing Costs
• Outstanding Rental Charges

Yes, you may add up to two additional drivers to your rental agreement. All additional drivers must be present at the time of vehicle pickup and must provide a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance, along with the primary renter.

Each rental includes 150 miles per day. Additional mileage will incur an extra fee, which varies by vehicle. For exact pricing, feel free to contact us directly.

Vehicles rented through Private Collection Rentals may not be used for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in criminal activity
• Transporting illegal substances, contraband, or prohibited items
• Possessing or transporting illegal weapons
• Street racing, speed contests, or exhibition driving
• Reckless, negligent, or dangerous driving
• Using the vehicle in violation of any local, state, or federal law
• Using the vehicle for towing, off-road driving, or other unauthorized commercial purposes

Additionally, out-of-state travel is not permitted without prior written authorization from Private Collection Exotics.

Any renter wishing to travel outside the State of Georgia must obtain approval before departing. Unauthorized out-of-state travel may result in:

• Immediate termination of the rental agreement
• Additional fees and penalties
• Suspension of future rental privileges
• Liability for any damages, expenses, or costs incurred as a result of the violation

Private Collection Rentals reserves the right to monitor vehicle location and usage during the rental period to ensure compliance with the terms of the rental agreement.

Our goal is to protect our vehicles, our clients, and the overall rental experience for everyone involved.

A 1-hour grace period is provided after the scheduled return time. After this period, a $100 fee will be charged for each additional hour, up to the full daily rental rate.

For the safety and security of our vehicles, all vehicles within the Private Collection Rentals fleet are equipped with GPS tracking technology.

These systems may be used to monitor:

• Vehicle Location
• Mileage
• Speed and Driving Activity
• Trip Data
• Vehicle Usage During the Rental Period

GPS monitoring helps protect our vehicles, prevent unauthorized use, assist with vehicle recovery, and ensure compliance with the rental agreement.

Tampering with, disabling, removing, obstructing, or otherwise interfering with any GPS tracking device or vehicle monitoring system is strictly prohibited.

Any attempt to disable or interfere with a vehicle's tracking system may result in:

• Immediate termination of the rental agreement
• Repossession of the vehicle
• Additional fees and penalties
• Suspension of future rental privileges
• Liability for any damages or losses resulting from the violation

By renting a vehicle through Private Collection Rentals, the renter acknowledges and consents to the use of GPS tracking and vehicle monitoring systems for security, operational, and compliance purposes.

Must report all traffic violations upon return, unreported violations will incur an additional $100 charge, on top of any toll or ticket violations.
